The East Norriton Avalanche are based in East Norriton and Norristown, Pennsylvania.  Our team is represented by an elite group of athletes from  school districts throughout Bucks, Lancaster, Montgomery, and Chester Counties in Pennsylvania
 

8/12:  OPEN PRACTICE/TRYOUT for Saturday, August 14 has been rescheduled!!  The new dates are Wednesday, August 18 6-8 PM and Saturday 8/21 10AM-12 noon at the Police Athletic League Center 340 Harding Boulevard, Norristown, PA.

Site News and Avalanche Update

August 8:  Nancy O'Connor joins the East Norriton Avalanche coaching staff for the 2010-2011 season.  Nancy O'Connor, a 4 year starting outfielder, member of the 2006 and 2009 NCAA DIvision II National Championship teams and 2009 graduate of Lock Haven University, has joined the Avalanche coaching staff.  Nancy graduated from West Chester East High School and played travel softball for the Lady Fireballs before her collegiate career at Lock Haven.  Nancy is presently the assistant varsity softball coach at West Chester Rustin HS.
